Johnson & Johnson | Uniting a Global Sales Team Around a Shared Purpose
Bringing 500 delegates from 28 countries together through a coordinated five-day experience.
01 • THE CHALLENGE
The Challenge
The client needed a high-impact conference that would resonate with a diverse, international sales audience. The programme had to balance information-sharing with inspiration, while managing complex logistics across multiple venues.
Planning timelines were tight, with venue sourcing and logistics beginning before the event concept and visual identityhad been finalised. Inclusivity was also essential, with delegates requiring support across multiple languages and cultures.
02 • THE thinking & Doing
Our Thinking & Solution
We developed a clear event concept and visual identity that could be applied consistently across all touchpoints, fromplenary sessions to informal networking spaces. Working closely with senior stakeholders and presenters, we refined content to ensure it was relevant, engaging and accessible for a global audience.
The main conference venue was transformed using branded sets, banners, floor units and environmental graphics, creating a cohesive experience throughout the week. A global showcase exhibition allowed country teams to share learnings and achievements, encouraging collaboration and pride across markets.
To maintain energy and engagement, we designed interactive elements and light-touch gamification for refreshment breaks, alongside simultaneous translation provided by an eight-person interpreter team to ensure full participation.
Pre-event interviews with people living with diabetes were filmed and integrated into plenary sessions, grounding the conference in real patient experience. Entertainment and awards were carefully programmed to celebrate achievement and end the event on a high.
Production spanned five venues, involved more than 40 specialists and included simultaneous interpretation and filmed patient stories.
03 • RESULTS & IMPACT
The Impact
The conference successfully brought together 500 delegates from 28 countries in a shared, engaging experience that increased product awareness and strengthened connection across the sales force.
The event was delivered across five venues within four months of us being briefed, involving more than 40 production specialists, and was widely recognised by the client as a new benchmark for sales conferences. Delegates left energised, aligned and inspired ahead of the year ahead.
“This event sets a benchmark for sales conferences, not just for us but for the industry. The success of the meetingwas down to a combination of OSP’s vision of what success should look like and a determination to achieve it. Their creativity, calmness, flexibility andcan-do attitude inspired confidence throughout.”
