Go Compare: Annual AGM

Overview

Creative and practical support for GoCompare’s 2017 AGM, held at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. OSP supported delegate management, event delivery, and the development of interactive content designed to engage teams and bring key business messages to life.

The Challenge

GoCompare wanted an AGM that moved beyond presentations and encouraged active participation from delegates. The event needed to engage around 190 attendees, clearly communicate strategic priorities, and maintain energy throughout the day.

Timelines were tight, with initial ideas, experience credentials and costings required within days, and elements of the event scope still being defined as planning progressed.

The Approach

We worked closely with the GoCompare team to support both the practical delivery of the AGM and the development of interactive content aligned to key strategy themes. Our focus was on creating simple, tactile and digital engagement tools that encouraged discussion, collaboration and shared understanding.

A series of bespoke engagement activities and prompts were designed to support workshops throughout the day. These included drawing and discussion tools, team-based challenges, and interactive exercises that reinforced GoCompare’s strategic priorities and customer-focused messaging.

Alongside creative development, we supported event delivery on the day, including AV, set and staging coordination, ensuring the experience ran smoothly and consistently for all delegates.
